Our brains can often distort our thinking, and our mental habits don't always serve us well. To foster cognitive flexibility, use these 3 powerful questions.

Choose to reframe your thinking:
1. Is this thought 'true'?
2. Does this thought serve me?
3. What is another 'perspective' on this? Or what would my best friend say to me?
