Research also shows that they have a stronger immune system, and mostly more willpower and determination to get things done.
So what, now what? Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier than usual. Don't hit snooze. Get moving as quickly as possible, even if it is towards the kettle. Have a five-minute bedroom floor stretch routine. Aim to get up at the same time every day, and over a few weeks set your alarm 30 minutes earlier than you used to. Have some time for you!
