From Tail-spinning to Being Present

As you walk in, run a hot bath with fresh lavender or lavender oil, sink into the closeness of your nurturing surroundings for as little as 10 to15 minutes, and focus on breathing in the aroma (it literally cleanses your brain) and breathing out the issues of the day. What a beautiful way to emerge from the bathroom and be in the present moment with your family!
